Transport, China, January 2025
A big surprise when discovering the means of transport in Guangzhou or Beijing...
|
The metro stations are as crowded as in Paris during rush hour. But unlike Paris, the subway stations and carriages are clean.
But it's not just the subway. In Guangzhou, the streets are quiet with electric vehicles, cars or scooters. Guangzhou is still, all things considered, more peaceful than Beijing.

Displays in the subway are in English and Chinese, with the location on the platform and exits. In addition, it is quite easy to find where to go out.
The GPS in a car also contains a lot of information such as the time remaining for a green or red light. |
