A quick tour of my favorite photos
The choice was dictated by my emotion at the time of the shooting or by memories linked to photography, whatever their photographic quality.

Notre Dame (Paris, France, 2017): A fairly simple photo with the luminous atmosphere of Notre-Dame de Paris.
The Lovers (Paris, France, 2017): A stolen photo, I admit. A very tender moment for this couple between two bookshops in Châtelet.
The Ox's Bath (Bohol, Philippines, 2018): A lovely, unexpected encounter. This buffalo is enjoying a mud bath after a hard day's work.
Hide and seek (Red Sea, Jordan, 2018): I was really playing hide and seek. I'd go to the right to get a better look at him and he'd go and hide behind the rock. And when I went to the left and disappeared from his sight, he would come out from behind the rock to look at me. An unforgettable moment.
Side-by-side fireplaces (Normandy, France, 2018): Another alignment with a road and a canal winding side by side to end up in the same place, the sea.
The Driver (Tagaytay, Philippines, 2017): Driving a jeepney in the Philippines requires a lot of attention. That's what I wanted to show in this photo.
The child (Quezon-city, Philippines, 2017): A meeting in a jeepney. A towel to keep the child warm. She's paying close attention to what's happening behind the jeepney while her mum watches the journey.
Contrast (Paris, France, 2017): A contrast between the modern, all-glass Louvre pyramid and the Louvre building, which took 800 years to build and was completed in 1857.
The Mirror (Guadeloupe, France, 2016): No, this photo is not a fake. They're really face to face. It's a great souvenir of diving and I'm very lucky to have seen them.
The Sleeper (Manila, Philippines, 2017): He's not a street sleeper. It's just a working man who's tired. It's another stolen photo, but it shows the hard-working side of Filipinos.
La Murène (La Pradet, France, 2016): The look on this moray eel is sublime. The text is mine and it's true that there's no danger in its gaze. The moray hides in the holes to catch the fish that swim by. So if you point your finger at it, it will think it's prey.
The Dreamers (Aix-en-Provence, France, 2017): When I took this photo, my question was ‘Who's watching the other? It's true that the grandfather might not be asleep.
The Transporter (Delhi, Delhi, 2019): This is India, like many Eastern countries, with overloaded vehicles. I liked the look in the man's eyes at the back and the driver's hand not pointing in the same direction.
The Caves (Siracusa, Sicily, 2021): More a postcard than a photo. These caves were also used as shelters.
The Desert (Wadi Rum, Jordan, 2018): This is the beginning of the desert so dear to Laurence of Arabia, with its breathtaking landscapes.
The Porto Way (Douro, Portugal, 2019): A great memory of my birthday with my childhood friends, with this magnificent view.
La Fontaîne (L'Isle sur La Sorgue, France, 2021): I think it's a beautiful photo. The fountain with the Sorgue in the background.
Sunset (Wuhan, China, 2025): It was a challenge because I was on the train between Guangzhou and Beijing. I really wanted the sun behind this tower.
Peking Theatre (Beijing, China, 2025): It's a shame the decor wasn't great, but I think this image is very beautiful.
Mother and Child (Beijing, China, 2025): When I arrived, they were like this. When they saw me, they moved to photograph them together. I tried to explain what I wanted. I really wanted to take this photo because it's always the mother who photographs the child. As they were leaving, the child picked up her phone again to photograph her mother. I shot quickly, even though I didn't have enough light in the image on the phone.
I embellished these photos with bits of poems collected on the Internet or my own, but I am far from what my friends Alain and André can write. I would like to bring a photo to life.
