Sardinia, Italy, November 2016
A few days of rest in Sardinia and take the opportunity to scout for future dives...
|
I took the ferry from Toulon in order to have a car there. The arrival is at Golfo Aranci, welcomed in the port by dolphins, a good omen. I crossed Sardinia to get to Algarance, on the northwest coast. The roads are all being worked on to become major highways, thanks to European aid. This bodes well for an increase in tourism.
Algarande is a beautiful city on the shores of the Mediterranean, a fortified city with a wall along the sea because Sardinia was coveted for its strategic position. If you want to buy a house, you can do so because many houses are in poor condition and must be negotiated well. While walking, I also heard French people who came to visit properties with a view to buying in this peaceful little corner.
If you want to go there, do it quickly because more and more tourists will come there.
