From Place de Châtelet to Notre-Dame-du-Liban, Paris, April 2022
A walk, as I like and as I did a few years ago. Walking aimlessly, one street to the right, two streets to the left, is a discovery of places that we would not do if we were following paths marked with tourist documents...
We stop when we're tired: a little Google Maps to find the nearest metro or RER station to get home.
A discovery, the Cathedral of Our Lady of Lebanon. This cathedral is not visible from the outside, a residential building was built just in front. A particularity, on the floors of the building, masses can be heard there.
This day, spent under the Parisian sun, was a real pleasure with very friendly people. I look forward to participating in a next outing, hoping to be available.
Thanks to Jad, from the Meetup group Balade et photography Paris who organized this walk.
