The Seine is out of bed again. I did not hesitate to take my camera to immortalize this moment. When you go down near the Seine, you feel a feeling of helplessness in the face of this tidal wave. The sound of water against the pillars of the bridges is deafening...

However, on television, this feeling of power is not fully felt.
Paris is still confronted with these elements and is still waiting for the flood of the century, which will submerge a good part of the city. Crossings on the platforms have been closed as well as metro lines. The residents, with good reason, were worried about this rising water.
